Client Portal pricing
Checkout uses Stripe Checkout Sessions (test or live by key). Subscriptions can be managed in the Stripe Customer Portal after purchase. Project access is still provisioned after role confirmation where required.
$99/mo
Gated client workspace for a single active project: RFQ status, document notes, and milestone visibility after approval.
$249/mo
Multi-project portal for active sourcing programs with supplier shortlist notes, readiness scores, and priority routing.
Custom
Dedicated operating support for multi-market programs, custom workflows, and named stakeholder access.
$79/mo
Priority industrial news digests, curated intelligence briefs, and early signal notes for sourcing decisions.
$450
Structured shortlist preparation: category fit, readiness flags, documentation gaps, and introduction readiness notes.
$149
Fast-track RFQ completeness review with missing-field flags, risk notes, and recommended next commercial path.
After a paid subscription, open Stripe Customer Portal to update cards, download invoices, or cancel. Requires your Stripe customer ID from a completed checkout email or ops handoff.
Used to prefill Stripe Checkout and link digital_orders / subscription records after webhook confirmation. Payment never auto-approves portal workspace access — ops still confirms role when required.
Test mode: use Stripe test cards (e.g. 4242 4242 4242 4242). Live mode requires sk_live_ keys and a live webhook. Listing or portal payment never auto-approves suppliers or guarantees commercial outcomes. After payment, webhook writes to PocketBase (digital_orders, billing_subscriptions) with statussubscription_active_pending_provision or paid_pending_provision until role confirmation.
